Tamara Hill Studio’s one-of-a-kind necklaces are composed of rare antique and ethnic components, pendants, beads, semi-precious stones, minerals and shells. Repurposed into stunning elegant and colorful contemporary statement pieces with an antiquarian look that reflects and conveys the legacy, spirit and magic of many cultures– they may be treasured as personal talismans.

Fine hand woven macramé and knotted cords in subtle hues, vintage button closures, handcrafted clasps, and a meticulous attention to detail are the trademarks of her designs.

Tamara’s work has been featured in Ornament, the magazine of personal adornment (September, 2008). Her striking designs have also been shown in galleries and boutiques throughout California, as well as in Santa Fe and Tucson, at the Asian Art Museum and Xanadu Gallery in San Francisco, and at the Rubin Museum of Himalayan Art in N.Y.C.
